yep, still a little early for me to get my open water gear ready, but yes it is nearing fast.
There still is over 12" of ice up here in NY and the icefishing season is still going strong.
Still about a month before I get my open water gear ready, but again it's nearing and will be well waited for.
Here fishy, fishy, fishy!

oh am i itchin.im so sick of dragging shannies.my boat moves me so much nicer.first the perch start eating everything in sight, then we troll for steelhead/lake trout.then the small mouth bass come in, then the walleyes move into the creek mouths to breed.im booked until the end of may.if i can scratch it out i even might get into some channel cats in the end of may.they get so huge in lake erie.so as soon as the weather breaks, ill start posting pics.
