When posting pictures in topics or reports, we encourage members to use an image host. While we do allow the attachment of pictures, we have set aside a small amount of space for this and will be pruning file attachments on a regular basis to keep storage to a minimum without concern for what or where that picture is.
There are many reliable image hosts that can be used like Photobucket, Imageshack and the list goes on. My personal recommendation from years of use is Photobucket.com.
Using an image host is quite easy:
#1 - create an account for yourself where you decide
#2 - upload your photos to your new account
#3 - copy supplied code from your picture and paste into your topic or reply
