Light Switch Fishing
« on: August 21, 2010, 09:25:07 AM »
Headed out to a little local lake last night hoping for some fun.
Arrived at the lake about 6:45 pm with bluebird skies, slight breeze and a water temp of 81 degrees.

Started things off with a slip-shotted or Mojo rigged Eeliminator dragging some rock piles adjacent to deeper water.
Landed three fish in the first 1/2 hour and someone flicked that darned switch. Wind stopped, lake glassed over and things just got tough.
Threw a variety of worms, craws, jigs, and topwater for the next 5 hours without so much as a bite.

I have a feeling I should have fished afternoon rather than evening.
