The secret recipe for any Fishin Friday at the honey-hole...

Take a bag of worms and a bag of lizards,
Drizzle liberally with Hawg Sauce and allow to marinade...
After lake is pre-heated to 85 degrees dunk mixture in water
and give ample time to soak...you will know it's ready
when your pole 'bout gets pulled outta your hands... ;D

Nice fish, man! Looks like your technique works fine. Now only if it did the same for me...

Great post and oh how true it is. Hawg sauce just works plain and simple. Nice fish by the way. biggrin.gif

Nice fish.. and thanks for sharing your recipe . alot of the top chiefs will not share..

to add to yours i would suggest adding a pinch of shaking and it may help speed the process up a bit...

Thanks everyone...and just keep at it crankybait. I just spent a week in Indiana and the bass liked the Sauce just as much as they do here in NC. Find you a lake that has some nice ones in it and show them a sauced-up worm or lizard...it'll pay off for ya.

GREAT fish man!

Love the recipe.

How long do you suggest marinading the "stuff?" I have never done that before.

I swear by the hawg sauce too - it helped me catch my all time winning tournament lunker (in my avatar).

Every now and then my hubby asks for a squirt too!

I usually just squirt or dip as I fish...but I believe CB soaks his in the bag and just keeps them wet.

Yep I spray some of the oil base in the bag of worms to let them soak in then I spray some on the worm as I am fishing when needed.
