Brayden fell in love with bass fishing at an early age. He won multiple High School fishing tournaments in the Lakeland Junior Bassmasters. Brayden later found success fishing Big Bass tournaments throughout the country ultimately winning a brand new Nitro Z19 on the Harris Chain of Lakes in 2020. Brayden and his wife Heather have worked for the Big Bass Tour promoting events through social media for the last 7 years. After winning the boat Brayden decided they finally had the financial resources needed to pursue fishing at the highest level. This year Brayden will compete in multiple MLF Toyota Series divisions in hopes of making it on the Tackle Warehouse Tour.
In this episode, we discuss Brayden’s time with the Big Bass Tour and how winning a Nitro Z19 changed his career. Brayden also compares fishing the opens compared to the other tournaments and his job now as Evangel University’s bass fishing head coach.
